We specialize in the production of bronze materials such as bronze bushings – sliding bearings. Our foundry offers the production of bronze bushings using two methods: centrifugally and in die and sand moulds. We offer bronze sleeves in widths from 900 mm and lengths up to 800 mm.
It is possible to order a bronze sleeve in both typical dimensions and personalized – based on drawings provided by customers.
At the customer’s request, our bronze bushings can be processed. Our products are used in many industries as: plain bearings, spherical bearings, self-lubricating bushings, transition bushings and others. The properties of our self-lubricating, sliding or articulated bushings make it possible to use them even in the most demanding industrial conditions.
The products are made of several grades of individual ores, which enables their wide use in accordance with the needs.
In addition to bronze products, we are also able to offer aluminum products: rods, bushings, sheets and others. We also offer elements made of other metals such as: steel (acid-resistant, stainless steel), brass and others.
